Here’s the third update for The Copper Beeches apartments and how the development is moving along in Holywell, North Wales.
In this video, we focus on the walls going up in the Chapel units along with the stained glass window restorations. The kitchen units, electricity and carpets are being installed in the majority of the units which means they will soon be ready to move into!
The aim of these updates is to keep our clients and team in the loop with where The Copper Beeches development is at. Phase 1 is close to completion with the majority of the 2 bedroom apartments nearly finished and ready to move into!
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- First phase completions due May 2021
- More kerbs, paving and lamp posts installed
- Additional internal walls and kitchen installations commenced within the Chapel units
- Stained glass window restorations
- Carpeting, electrical and kitchens installed into majority of Block C units
- Retaining wall erected to separate site areas
- Unit 36 nearing completion
