An update on our development The Cooper Beeches!
It’s been a busy month over at The Copper Beeches site. Here are a few updates on what’s happened and where we are at with the development.
Our new show apartment is now finished and ready for viewings!
Tiling to Apartments 13, 14, 5 & 20.
Pointing to the west wing and south wing.
Flooring install to Apt 20,4,5,14
Plastering to 15 & 27, 1st fix dry lining and 1st fix electrics to the chapel, 2nd fix mechanical to 34, 35, 25 & 26, chimneys install to the front and decoration 1st coat to apartments 20, 4, 5 and 2nd coat to stairwell in the north wing.
Services install and dry lining and M&E 1st fix to chapel.
Window installation.
Tiling to the north wing and flooring to the east wing.
Kitchen install within the east wing.

- Painting 1st coat to east wing and drainage to phase 1A.
- Drainage to phase 1A.
