Redhills Road, Stoke-on-Trent

McCrory Developments are acting as lead developer in conjunction with The City of Stoke-on-Trent Council and other private land-owners to establish and execute a master plan for the 117 acre site in northern Stoke. The development is in its infancy currently as surveys and reports are underway, but the intention is to submit outline planning application by Autumn 2020. The site forms part of Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme’s joint local plan and therefore all involved are optimistic that we could play a central role in delivering hundreds of homes and associated infrastructure for this area over the next 5 years.
